To everyone that keeps asking if having the flowers being in bloom would technically make this an Ivysaur, yes, it would. However, the artist has stated that these are Bulbasaur variations, which is why it’s titled thusly. And these are all drawn as Bulbasaur, not Ivysaur or Venusaur.
